Welcome to VFL Community Project Page !
These General Terms and Conditions govern your use of our websites, interfaces and services.

By accessing our websites, interfaces and using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use our websites, interfaces or services.

This project is a non-commercial non-profit project, only for members of the VFL project community.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our websites, interfaces and services, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, and other proprietary rights, are the property of NARO Nord - NARO Tech Solutions Sweden & TELEKTRAN Design Studio. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

Confidentiality and personal data protection

We will keep all information that we receive from you confidential and will not disclose it to any third party without your prior written consent, except as required by law. Additionally, we adhere to the extended GDPR guidelines (SE/EU GDPR - 2016/679 | Accepted in the EU from May 25th, 2018) and standards ISO 27000x.

We store and use the data you provide us only exclusively in connection with the services and products you use. We do not use the data for any other purpose or for marketing activities, nor do we disclose it to third parties. The email address you provide is used exclusively for information related to our services or products provided to you, for service-related communications, and for communication related to these.

In all cases, the data provided to us, returned contracts, and documents, and information are stored on our separate internal document archiving cloud server, which is reserved for this purpose and cannot be accessed via a direct online connection by external persons or organizations engaged in illegal activities, so that we can keep the protection against data theft at a maximum. Upon arrival, the aforementioned documents and information from our online interfaces are automatically transferred to our separate internal document archiving cloud server.
